I called BELLISIMA FLOR right before closing requesting an arrangement to be delivered the next day. Aida was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. A stunning arrangement was delivered the next day as promised. The recipient was over joyed and still talking about them days later. Flowers say so much without words. Thank you Bellisima, from the bottom of my heart, for making my Bonus Mom's Mother's Day so incredibly special. Due to covid, I'm not able to visit, and I wanted her to feel special on Mother's Day. I ordered from a national florist company, who completely screwed up the order. I called Bellisima 10 mins before they closed on Friday, & they were able to put together a magnificent floral arrangement, & had it delivered to her that very same evening. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I could not find anyone to delivery flowers to my mother for Mother’s Day and they went ABOVE & BEYOND for me. They weren’t even local to deliver to my mom but Zory offered to deliver them to my mother. And delivered them that same day within a few hours. The owner and artist Aida is AWESOME! I ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's Day and by Mother's Day they were almost wilted and dead (must have been a bad batch) the best part of the customer service was the owner coming out to re-deliver flowers to my mother at no cost now that's customer service the way it should be.
